Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, but we do plan to offer them in the future
What are the payment options?
We accept a variety of payment options.
What is your return policy?
I do not offer any returns or exchanges. All items are custom made. I will not except a return or refund due to USPS, UPS and FedEx not delivering accordingly.
Do you offer Rush Orders?
I do offer Rush Orders, but there is a fee to rush your order. Please message me prior to paying for a rush or your rush will not be honored. Leaving a message in the notes with a date without contacting me prior will not change your shipping date.
Once I confirm I am able to accommodate the Rush Order please place the order and you MUST leave in the notes at check out the date we agreed upon for shipping and the date needed. I do not guarantee delivery dates, but I can give you the date your item will ship.
Please keep in mind delivery services are having extreme delays which is out of my control. Once I ship there is nothing I can do.
I can't ship earlier or change the shipping method after your order is placed.
